經過連續數周的辛辣口味,這夜,我決定吃清淡一點--河豚鍋!🐡🐡🐡其實有點像家中打邊爐吃魚頭的感覺,魚雲滑、魚肉扎實,湯愈煮愈甜美。驟眼看,我以為是豬耳,哈,是醋醃河豚魚皮,前菜也;)酸辣滑滑的,膠質豐富。after several weeks spicy taste, I prefer something light and mild tonight : blowfish pot! It's kinda like my Cantonese home-feel hot pot, the fish head is still smooth after boiling in pot, the meat of blowfish is a bit firm; the ban-chan was great too!
